Sony unveils the INZONE M10S II, a dual-mode OLED gaming monitor with up to 720Hz refresh rate
Introducing the Sony INZONE M10S II, a 27-inch QHD gaming monitor with an OLED panel and native 540Hz refresh rate. Sony is the latest brand to release a dual-mode monitor to provide more versatility to players. The M10S II offers up to 720Hz when you lower the resolution to standard HD, and it already looks to be one of the best OLED monitors of 2026.
It was last week when Sony started teasing a “new gear announcement” for its gaming-focused INZONE brand. At first, we were only really confident about a new headset, but a whole lot more has been delivered. The INZONE M10S II doesn’t have an exact release date yet, but it will be available later this year – Sony’s official store lists a $1,099.99 price tag for the U.S.

Sony says the M10S II has been “Developed in collaboration with Fnatic” to be “perfect for any tournament” by featuring the ability to quickly switch between 27″ (1440p) and 24.5″ (1332p/1080p) modes. However, to reach 720Hz, the resolution may have to be lowered to 720p (standard HD). Sony simply refers to the 720Hz mode as being possible in ‘HD’ (rather than ‘full HD’, which is the term used for 1080p displays. The specs suggest Sony is using LG’s “world’s fastest” panel unveiled last year.

It’s a solid upgrade from the original M10S I, which offered up to 480Hz and 0.03ms. The new M10S II uses a tandem OLED panel and ships with Motion Blur Reduction and Super Anti-glare film coating. Excellent ergonomics allow for a wide tilt range of -5 to 35 degrees, a thin 4mm stand, and a compact base to leave more room for your peripherals.
It also comes with an FPS Pro mode that aims to replicate the image quality of popular competitive LCD displays, and an FPS Pro+ mode that leverages its OLED tech for “optimal in-game visuals” – we’ll have to wait and see a demonstration to see how these really compare.
The Sony INZONE M10S II also comes with three years of OLED Limited Warranty to top it all off.
We’ve already seen it listed for $1,099.99 on the U.S. store, which translates to $1,499.99 in Canada. According to Sony’s EU press release, the M10S II will be available to purchase in June 2026 with a suggested €1,350 price tag in the region.
