EmuDeck, the popular tool for managing emulators on the Steam Deck, has rolled out a significant update today. This update, version 2.3, introduces a fresh new user interface (UI) and the highly anticipated return of Citra, the Nintendo 3DS emulator. On top of that, the update has also added partial multilanguage support.

What does the EmuDeck 2.3 update offer?

One of the most notable changes in EmuDeck 2.3 is the revamped user interface. The new UI focuses on improving accessibility, making it easier for users to navigate through their emulation settings. Whether you're setting up a new emulator or tweaking the settings of an existing one, everything is more straightforward now.

Citra, the renowned Nintendo 3DS emulator, is back in this update, which will make a lot of fans happy. Its reintroduction will allow users to enjoy a wider variety of games. With Citra’s integration, you can now play a great number of classic 3DS titles on your Steam Deck. The developers have also added Lime3DS through the update, a fork of Citra.

Aside from this, the update has introduced a couple of more changes and improvements, which you can see below.
