How to fix Horizon Forbidden West flickering on PC
If a simple restart isn’t making the flickering go away, then follow these methods to fix the issue.

Update your GPU drivers
AMD, Nvidia, and Intel release new drivers for their GPUs to make them compatible with the latest games, and in most cases, flickering occurs when you’re trying to play a game on outdated GPU drivers. So, if you haven’t updated them in a while, now would be a good time to do so.
