Concerned over whether the ROG Ally will sell out? Have no fear.

Hype is building around the ASUS ROG Ally Z1 and Z1 Extreme, the forthcoming handheld PC gaming devices poised to take on Valve’s Steam Deck. The 7-inch display, lightweight gaming gadget looks set to impress, with an AMD Ryzen APU. This consists of Zen 4 CPU architecture and a RDNA 3 GPU – with the Asus specs page suggesting two variants: the six-core Z1 and the eight-core Z1 extreme processor.

There’s a fantastic, wide selection of PC games compatible with the device. Hefty internal storage and SSD capabilities also point to a wide selection storable on the Ally.

With all these great features, more of which are listed here, it’s no wonder there are worries about whether the ROG Ally Z1 will sell out. This isn’t a fear we can completely put to rest right now. However, judging by the last model, sell-out probably won’t happen straight away.

But it’s always best to be on the safe side. If you’re keen to nab an Ally Z1, read on to find out how to make sure you get your hands on one.
