39 inch 240Hz OLED gaming monitor from LG gets a MASSIVE 53% price cut in this limited time deal
Table of Contents
The LG 39GX90SA-W is a strong choice for anyone who wants an ultrawide OLED monitor with gaming speed, smart TV flexibility, and immersive curvature. Its size, curvature, OLED contrast, and 240Hz refresh rate make it a great choice for either immersive single-player titles or fast-paced online gaming, and the terrific ultra-fast response times of the OLED panel also help greatly with the latter. The sheer amount of screen real-estate also makes it a solid productivity monitor on the side.
The 3440×1440 resolution is easier for a PC to run than 4K ultrawide would be (which even an RTX 5080 rig would suffer on in some titles on max settings) while still offering a wide, detailed image. The OLED panel should deliver excellent contrast, deep blacks, and vibrant color with 98.5% DCI-P3 coverage. The 240Hz refresh rate keeps games feeling fluid, while the 800R curve improves immersion and helps make the 39-inch size feel more comfortable.
What we like about this LG 39GX90SA-W UltraGear OLED monitor
Immersive 39-inch ultrawide OLED panel
The LG 39GX90SA-W stands out because it offers a large 39-inch 3440 x 1440 OLED panel with a 21:9 aspect ratio. That gives you a wider field of view than a standard 16:9 display, making it excellent for racing games, RPGs, shooters, simulators, and productivity. The steep 800R curve helps wrap the display around your field of vision, which makes the large panel feel more natural at a desk.

240Hz OLED speed
This monitor is not just about immersion; it is also very fast. The 240Hz refresh rate and 0.03ms OLED response time make it well suited to fast-paced gaming, where motion clarity and responsiveness matter. OLED’s near-instant pixel transitions help reduce smearing, while FreeSync Premium and G-SYNC compatibility help keep gameplay smooth across AMD and NVIDIA GPUs.
Smart monitor features add flexibility
Unlike many gaming monitors, this model includes webOS, giving you direct access to streaming apps and cloud gaming services without needing a PC or console switched on. That makes it more versatile as an entertainment display, especially in a bedroom, office, or hybrid gaming setup. USB-C connectivity, built-in speakers, and LG’s OLED Care tools add to its convenience.
Who should buy this OLED gaming monitor deal?
This is ideal for gamers who want a large ultrawide monitor with all the benefits of an OLED panel that can double as a streaming display. It is especially good for immersive single-player games, racing titles, productivity, and users who want the flexibility of webOS and cloud gaming built in.
