The RTX 4080 Super builds upon the specs of its original RTX 4080 to offer a slightly improved overall performance, and knocked $200 from its MSRP for good measure. Basically, if you’re after a next-gen GPU that’s a beast for gaming in 4k while pleasing aesthetically, this deal should catch your eye – and not just because of its RGB.

Similarly to its original, this new refresh is built on the AD103 GPU with 16GB GDDR6X VRAM on a 256-bit memory bus. Take note of the increase in CUDA cores up to 10,240, and a clock speed that reaches higher boost speeds of 2640 MHz. Basically, you’re looking at a faster GPU that has more computational power, AKA even smoother gaming at higher frames per second.

This card might push you to the top of your budget, but in addition to going all out on the specs, the ASUS ROG Strix RTX 4080 Super doesn’t hold back on the extra special features either. Visually, this GPU is one that appeals to the eye. The Aura-compatible ARGB strips on the shroud and right-hand perimeter of the card allow you to personalize your setup with color, with 10 various lighting modes for you to try out. However, that’s not all: internally, a new vapor chamber helps to reduce the GPU temperature under load, and the Axial-tech fans have been scaled up to propel 23% more air through the card.

All-in-all, you’re getting a visually pleasing card that’s one of the best out there for 4k gaming, and on a deal that gets you over $130 off. Any complaints?
