Skytech is one of the best brands when it comes to pre-built gaming PCs, and their Nebula 2 is a solid pick for anyone who is after a budget rig. It features the RTX 3050 GPU, i5-14400F processor, and plenty of RAM. And with this ongoing deal on Amazon, you can save $250 and take it home for just $949.99.
Skytech Gaming Nebula 2 features
RTX 3050 for 1080p gaming
The RTX 3050 may be an old card, but it still packs enough power to deliver solid performance at 1080p. While we won’t recommend it for 1440p or anything higher, the 6GB VRAM packed inside can deliver solid results in most games at 1080p with high settings. It also features 2,304 CUDA cores, 72 TMUs, and 32 ROPS, making it a decent option for more than just gaming.
A 10-core processor
For the processor, you’ll get the Core i5-14400F. This is a decent budget CPU, offering 10 cores in total. These are further divided into 6 Performance cores and 4 Efficient cores. The P-cores are responsible for handling demanding tasks like gaming, video editing, and more. On the other hand, E-cores are activated during light tasks, like browsing the web. The CPU also offers a base clock speed of 1.8 GHz, but it can be boosted up to 4.7 GHz for better performance.

Plenty of storage and memory
Skytech has also included 16GB of DDR5 RAM, which can reach a max speed of up to 6,000 MHz. This will be more than enough for most users, as most games these days require only 16GB. Plus, you also won’t have to worry about any slowdowns, even during multitasking. For storage, there’s a 1TB SSD, which will provide fast boot and game load times.
Decent cooling options
To make sure the CPU stays cool, even during extended gaming sessions, Skytech has placed a high-performance air cooler on top of it. Plus, there are three ARGB fans inside the case: two on the front and one at the back. These will work together to ensure optimal cooling, so you won’t have to worry about any overheating issues.
Who’s this RTX 3050 PC for?
The Nebula 2 is designed for gamers who want a rig mainly for 1080p gaming. Both the RTX 3050 and i5-14400F are capable components, designed to deliver decent performance in several tasks. Plus, the 16GB DDR5 RAM means you can keep multiple applications open at the same time without any slowdowns, while the 1TB SSD will provide plenty of space for several games and other important data.
