When it comes to competitively priced, high-performance gaming PCs with excellent build quality and design, CyberpowerPC prebuilds are a great way to go. This RTX 5070 gaming PC ticks all those boxes and is now down to its lowest price in 30 days at Newegg, with a hefty $270 discount dropping its price from $2,169.99 to $1,899.99. As far as RTX 5070 gaming PC prices go, this is bang in the middle, and that makes a lot of sense considering it opts for a Ryzen 7 7800X3D and 32GB of DDR5. Its processor is a winner if you’re looking to use this build primarily for gaming, as it’s designed for high framerates with low frame latency, and with 32GB of DDR5, even more demanding AAA titles should feel super smooth, too.

Key features of this CyberpowerPC RTX 5070 prebuild

Ryzen 7 7800X3D processor

You’ve got one of the best gaming processors on the market here, the Ryzen 7 7800X3D, which, despite being an older generation X3D model, is still a great CPU to pair with many of the best graphics cards. The Ryzen 7 7800X3D features a boost clock speed of 5GHz, 8 cores, and 16 threads, but the real standout feature is its 3D V-cache technology, which allows for a much larger than average L3 cache. In this case, it’s 96MB, which is triple the size of the Ryzen 7 9700X, for instance. With this, you’re able to get much higher framerates with vastly imoroved 1% lows and reduced frame latency. For high-framerate 1440p gaming, it’s a good way to go and a solid pick for the RTX 5070.

RTX 5070 graphics card

This build features one of the best graphics cards for 1440p from the 50-series, if you’re sticking to a mid-range price point. The RTX 5070 features 12GB of GDDR7 VRAM, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, and exclusive features like MFG. In terms of gaming performance, in our review, it was able to hit over 100fps at ultra settings in Cyberpunk 2077, pure rasterization, to give you an idea of what to expect in this build. For creative professionals, while the RTX 5070 does have less VRAM than the RTX 5060 Ti, its raw power is good for rendering, and its AI capabilities can speed up AI-driven tasks in a variety of applications.

32GB of DDR5 and 1TB of storage

Not all RTX 5070 builds feature this amount of RAM, so this is a bit of a win if you’re looking for smoother gaming performance, better handling of multitasking, streaming, and enough headroom for editing large, complex files in Premiere Pro, Blender, and more. Its 1TB of storage is pretty standard, and while it’s more on the modest side, it’s still enough to fit a good handful of large AAA games if needed.

Things to consider

If you want a slightly higher-end CPU, you may want to explore some of the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RTX 5070 prebuilds on the market, but in all honesty, it drives the price sometimes over $2,000, case in point, this CyberpowerPC alternative. Personally, if you’re spending over $2,000, then you may as well start looking at RTX 5070 Ti models, which have higher CUDA core counts and 16GB of VRAM. You’re going to be getting better 1440p performance with ray tracing, and you can use it for 4K gaming, too, especially with DLSS and MFG.
