Table of Contents
The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 gained lots of attention upon release in 2023. And it’s deservedly maintained its status as a top option for would-be vloggers until now. Notwithstanding the unavailability of its successor in the US, the Osmo Pocket 3 is very much alive and kicking, and its current price on Amazon makes it an even stronger pick. Yes, the Pocket 3 has dropped $100 below its list price of $500, so you can pick it up for its second-lowest price, at $400.

Why we like the DJI Osmo Pocket 3
4K vlogging
The Osmo Pocket 3 can record at 4K resolution with up to 120 frames per second. And thanks to its 1-inch CMOS sensor, the quality of recordings is particularly strong, even at nighttime or in dimly lit environments. The Pocket 3 also supports 2.7K at 120fps or 1080p at 240fps.
3-axis stabilization
A 3-axis gimbal with mechanical stabilization helps to minimize shaky recordings, resulting in what DJI reports as ultra-steady footage. This is useful for active recording outdoors, for example when hiking. And users report exceptionally stable video with smooth results.

Good battery life
Given its size, the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 derives solid battery life from its 1300mAh battery. Users report 4K recording at 120fps for approximately two hours. However, you could effectively double this using the battery handle accessory (included in the more expensive Osmo Pocket 3 Creator Combo). Impressively, the battery can charge to 80% in 16 minutes and 100% in 32 minutes.
What to consider before you buy
The DJI Osmo Pocket 3 is a good option for vloggers looking for a small camera with 4K video, great stabilization, and strong low-light performance. It still demands a larger price because it’s an impressive all-around camera – and because the Osmo Pocket 4 isn’t available in the United States. If you’re considering this Osmo Pocket 3 deal, ensure it offers all you need. If you want added accessories, including the battery handle, you can choose from a range of discounted bundles from the product page.
