Table of Contents
Asus’ ZenWiFi products are designed for performance, ease of use, and impressive mesh coverage. And, at the best price of the year so far, the ZenWiFi BT6 WiFi 7 2-pack is a compelling option for expansive wireless coverage. The two-module pack can cover up to 5,800sqft, and is now $300 on Amazon. That’s $70 (19%) below the list price, and a far better deal if you’re after a reliable WiFi 7 upgrade for a large or split-level home.

Why we like the Asus ZenWiFi BT6 WiFi 7
Huge coverage
A strong option for larger and split-level properties/homes, the massive 5,800sqft coverage of this 2-pack is a bonus if you struggle to get WiFi where you need it. Boosted by Asus’ Smart AiMesh, you can easily add further satellites to your network if you want further range.
Tri-band WiFi 7
This kit is a tri-band WiFi 7 router kit, so you get the functionality of the 2.4, 5GHz and 6GHz bands for combined speeds up to 9.4 Gbps, supported by MLO (Multi-Link Operation) for simultaneous data transfers across all bands. Essentially, this is one fast and capable WiFi 7 mesh router kit.

Good feature set
Asus ZenWiFi products include a good set of free features to bolster usability and security. These include integrated protection, VPN, and parental controls. Plus, the Asus Router app is straightforward, useful, and full of options to help you expand, monitor, tweak, and update your network and router to get the setup you need.
What to consider before you buy
This ZenWiFi BT6 WiFi 7 Mesh Router is a strong and popular option for larger properties. However, the satellites support only a single 2.5G port, so if you need a 2.5Gbps WAN connection and want 2.5Gbps for wired backhaul, this kit cannot deliver it. That will restrict the flexibility and wired reliability that some users want from a home network. However, if you’re keen to avoid cables and are happy with a wireless backhaul instead, then that may not be an issue. We still think this deal has good value at the deal price, but you can find more options in our best WiFi 7 routers guide.
