Great value 1440p gaming PC with 16GB VRAM RTX 5060 Ti is $300 off in Newegg deal
The ABS Flux II Aqua combines a capable 16GB RTX 5060 Ti graphics card with a powerful 20-core processor, 32GB of dual-channel memory and a motherboard that leaves useful room for storage and RAM upgrades. It is best viewed as a strong 1080p or 1440p gaming system rather than a native 4K powerhouse, although DLSS and Multi-Frame Generation can make demanding ray-traced games much more manageable. The Core i7-14700F provides substantial processor headroom. It has eight performance cores, 12 efficiency cores and 28 processing threads, with a maximum turbo frequency of 5.4GHz and 33MB of Intel Smart Cache. That is more CPU capability than the RTX 5060 Ti needs in most GPU-limited games, but it is useful for high-refresh competitive play, streaming, compilation and content creation. Pick it up now and save $300!

What we like about this ABS Flux II Aqua gaming PC
Strong 1080p and 1440p gaming performance
The RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is a sensible match for a high-refresh 1080p monitor or a 1440p display. Esports games should reach high frame rates with appropriate settings, while most graphically demanding single-player games can target 60fps or more at 1440p with a mixture of high settings and upscaling.

Ray tracing performance is stronger than on many similarly positioned AMD cards, but full path tracing remains extremely demanding. Games such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2 may need DLSS Super Resolution and frame generation for a smooth high-resolution presentation. Buyers should distinguish between the high frame rate reported with generated frames and the lower underlying render rate that governs responsiveness.
The card supports AV1 encoding, which is useful for streaming and recorded gameplay. NVIDIA Broadcast can also apply microphone noise removal, background effects and camera processing using the GPU. These features make the system a capable entry point for livestreaming without requiring a separate encoding computer.
Sixteen gigabytes of VRAM gives the machine more flexibility than an otherwise similar RTX 5060 Ti 8GB system. It is the version to favour for 1440p, heavily modified games, high-resolution textures and applications such as Blender, DaVinci Resolve or Stable Diffusion.
Powerful processor for gaming and productivity
The Core i7-14700F is arguably more processor than a mainstream RTX 5060 Ti gaming system strictly requires. That imbalance is not necessarily a disadvantage: it gives the PC room to accept a faster graphics card later without immediately creating a major CPU bottleneck. Its eight performance cores handle latency-sensitive foreground work, while the 12 efficiency cores contribute to background processes and heavily threaded workloads. The 28 available threads are useful when streaming, rendering, encoding video, compiling code or running several demanding applications at once.
The processor’s “F” suffix means it has no integrated graphics. Every monitor must therefore be connected to the RTX 5060 Ti rather than the motherboard’s HDMI or DisplayPort sockets. If the dedicated graphics card is removed or develops a fault, the system cannot produce a diagnostic display without another compatible GPU.
Intel rates the processor for a 65W base power and substantially higher maximum turbo consumption. The Gamdias BOREAS E1-412 is a conventional tower air cooler rather than a liquid cooler. It should be suitable for gaming, where the CPU is rarely under maximum all-core load continuously, but temperatures, noise and sustained rendering performance will depend on ABS’s power settings and case airflow.
Sensible 32GB memory configuration
The system includes 32GB of G.SKILL Ripjaws V DDR4-3200 memory as two matched 16GB modules. Dual-channel operation provides more memory bandwidth than a single-module configuration, and 32GB is a comfortable capacity for modern gaming, everyday multitasking and most streaming setups. Two of the motherboard’s four memory slots remain available. ASUS supports up to 128GB on this platform, allowing additional capacity to be installed later. For the most predictable compatibility, a complete matched memory kit is preferable to mixing modules with different timings or memory chips.
DDR4 is older and slower than the DDR5 used in newer platforms, but it does not make the PC obsolete. Gaming performance is primarily limited by the RTX 5060 Ti at 1440p, and the difference between well-configured DDR4 and DDR5 is usually much smaller than the difference created by changing graphics cards.
ASUS Prime motherboard
The ASUS PRIME B760M-A AX D4 is a recognisable retail motherboard with four memory slots, two PCIe 4.0 M.2 sockets and six SATA connections. Since the Patriot SSD occupies one M.2 slot, another remains available for a straightforward storage upgrade. The board also provides Realtek 2.5Gb Ethernet, dual-band Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. A compatible router or network switch is required to use speeds above ordinary gigabit Ethernet, while real-world wireless performance depends on distance, interference and antenna placement.
Its B760 chipset supports the Core i7-14700F without CPU multiplier overclocking. That limitation is largely irrelevant because the 14700F is a locked processor. Memory profiles and power-related settings remain available, but users should avoid arbitrary voltage or power-limit changes that could affect stability.
Upgradeable storage
The Patriot P400 Lite is a 1TB PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe drive. Its rated sequential performance is modest by current Gen 4 standards – approximately 3,500MB/s reads and 2,700MB/s writes – but it remains much faster than a hard drive and is entirely adequate for Windows, game loading and general application use.
One terabyte is a reasonable starting point, though the formatted capacity visible in Windows will be lower and several modern games can each occupy more than 100GB. The unoccupied second M.2 socket provides a convenient way to add another NVMe drive without replacing the original. The motherboard’s six SATA ports also permit additional 2.5-inch SSDs or hard drives where case mounting space and cables allow. This gives the system a better expansion path than compact proprietary desktops.
Gold-rated power supply
The configuration uses a Gamdias Flux II 650W power supply with an 80 Plus Gold efficiency rating. Its capacity is appropriate for an RTX 5060 Ti and Core i7-14700F when the components operate within their intended power limits.
An efficiency rating describes energy conversion at specified loads; it does not by itself measure electrical quality, noise, protection circuitry or longevity. The exact internal platform and warranty remain relevant when comparing it with established standalone PSU models.
Modern connectivity
Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and 2.5Gb Ethernet cover common networking needs. For competitive online gaming, wired Ethernet remains preferable when practical because it avoids the interference and variable latency associated with wireless connections.
Display outputs are provided by the ASUS graphics card and may include HDMI and DisplayPort in a configuration specific to that model. Monitors should always be connected to those GPU outputs, not the inactive motherboard video sockets.
Who should consider this RTX 5060 Ti PC deal?
The ABS Flux II Aqua is best suited to someone buying a powerful 1080p or 1440p gaming PC who also wants enough CPU capacity for streaming, editing and general productivity. Its RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is preferable to the 8GB version for higher-resolution textures, ray tracing and longer-term flexibility. Competitive players can pair it with a high-refresh rate 1080p or 1440p monitor. Single-player gamers should expect to use optimised settings and DLSS in the most demanding ray-traced releases rather than assuming every title will run at native 1440p ultra settings.
The system is less attractive for buyers specifically targeting high end 1440p gaming. An RTX 5070 Ti or faster card would provide substantially more performance, although it would also increase the cost and power requirements.
