What we like about this iBuyPower Element Pro gaming PC
Powerful GPU for 4K gaming with strong workstation capabilities
This PC packs an RTX 5080, which is one of the best graphics cards you can buy for 4K gaming, without spending anywhere near as much as an RTX 5090. It features 4th-gen ray tracing cores, 5th-gen tensor cores, and 16GB of faster, higher bandwidth GDDR7 memory. This card is ideal if you want to play games at ultra settings with ray tracing, and if you want something for demanding tasks, like working in 3D or complex video editing.
All-rounder, future-proof Intel CPU
You’ve got an Intel Core Ultra 9 285 processor in this build, which is a very high-end option from Intel’s latest lineup. It’s designed for LGA 1851 sockets, so it’s more future-proof than something like the i9-14900K, but still packs a very high core and thread count (24 + 24), making it brilliant for multitasking and handling demanding workflows. For gaming, its 36MB L3 cache and 5.6GHz boost clock speed complement the RTX 5080 well, enabling high frame rates with low frame latency.
Hefty amount of RAM
This build has 32GB of DDR5, which is going to help keep multitasking feel incredibly speedy, and help you work on large files in creative applications like Premiere Pro or Photoshop without running into too much slowdown. On top of that, it’s going to dramatically reduce microstuttering in-game, which can occur especially with more asset-heavy titles like Cyberpunk 2077, when playing in 4K at max settings.
A large SSD is that’s ideal for hybrid usage
You’ve got a 2TB SSD, which is great if you want something to store both games and other large files, that won’t run out of room anytime soon. For a workstation and gaming build like this one, it’s ideal.
Comes with a keyboard and mouse
All you need to complete your setup is a monitor with this set, so it’s the ultimate hassle-free way to go if you’re looking to kick everything off quickly.
Why go for this deal?
So, for the price and considering it packs a top-tier, future-proof Intel CPU, which offers excellent gaming performance and impressive workstation capabilities, I’d say you’re getting a lot for your money here.
It’s bang in the middle, pricing-wise, when it comes to RTX 5080 prebulds, but the big win here is that you’re getting an LGA 1851 socket CPU instead of an LGA 1700, which are sometimes around the same price, too. That gives you a much better foundation for future upgrades.
