Why we like this smart ring deal
The Oura Ring is a good option if you want to track various health stats and monitor various stats without having a much bigger device on your body. Something like a smart watch can be cumbersome and might not be for you. A ring is more of a piece of jewelry that can more easily sit on your fingers.
That can be part of the reason it has a rating of 4.5 stars out of 5 on the retailer from nearly 500 reviews. With praise for the sleep tracking, quality, comfort, functionality, and more.
