New Apple AirPods Max 2 deal offers a good discount – and includes two years of AppleCare+
Table of Contents
Apple’s latest AirPods Max 2 headphones were released in April this year with an MSRP of $549. Long-time observers of the company’s devices will know that Apple products are often hard to find with substantial discounts. So we’re happy to see a bit of a deal emerge at Amazon. Right now, you can pick up the AirPods Max 2 with two years of the company’s AppleCare+ for $478. The regular bundle price for both would be $608, so you’d save $130 in this deal. That’s not bad at all.

Why we like the Apple AirPods Max 2
High-quality build
Paying this much for headphones requires a high-quality product in build and comfort. The AirPods Max 2 are designed with precision, from their anodised aluminium (outer) and memory foam (inner) ear cups, to the luxurious headband, and finely engineered controls.
Excellent sound and ANC
The AirPods Max 2 offer the best of both worlds for users: a crisp, well-balanced sound profile and strong ANC (active noise cancellation) with options for Adaptive Audio and Transparency Modes. Both ANC modes should keep sudden noise spikes dampened, while Transparency Mode allows users to be more aware of what is going on around them.

Live Translation
One of the standout features of the AirPods Max 2 is its Live Translation capability. Should you wear the headphones while other languages are being spoken, you can press and hold the listening mode button to instantly translate other languages into your preferred language.
What to consider before you buy
The real value in this deal is the bundling of the AirPods Max 2 with AppleCare+ support. If you don’t want AppleCare+, you can save an extra $49 with (pictured) the Midnight colorway. This will further reduce the price of the headphones to $429, which may be preferable if cost is your key criterion. Still, even with AppleCare+ bundled, this offer is compelling for a luxurious headphone model with a premium aesthetic and features list.
