It’s not every day we see a graphics card deal worth shouting about, but a new price drop on Amazon has caught our attention. And it’s for one of the best-loved graphics cards of the current generation: the RTX 5070 is available for less than it has been in months.
The specific model is MSI’s Gaming RTX 5070 12G Ventus 2X OC Black. It’s now priced at $610, which is $40 below its list price of $710. Even better, the 6% discount means this is the lowest price on Amazon so far, according to the price tracking site Camelcamelcamel. That’s great if you want fast 1440p gaming, or a GPU that can stream, encode, and more.

Why we like the RTX 5070 12G Gaming Trio OC
Fast 1440p gaming
The RTX 5070 was designed for gamers wanting fast 2K frame rates. That’s what you’ll get, and you can even push it to smooth 4K on less demanding titles. The RTX 5070 could be the ideal upgrade if you’re shifting from a stalwart older card, like the RTX 3060, or you’re ready to leave Full HD gaming behind.

Great third-party design
The Gaming RTX 5070 12G Ventus 2X OC is a chic-looking RTX 5070 from MSI, and will look great in most systems. It features a custom overclock up to a 2542 MHz GPU clock speed, and MSI’s TORX Fan 5.0 spec for high-pressure airflow. It’s an understated but stylish two-fan design, and should fit in most gaming rigs.
Beyond gaming
The great thing about the RTX 50-series is that they can handle more than gaming. If you’re looking at content creation, streaming, or encoding video, this card is backed by NVidia’s NVENC prowess and the latest DLSS technologies. And if you’re pushing the load on this GPU, the extra thermal considerations will help.
What to consider before you buy
For a mid-range gaming build, the RTX 5070 is a sensible option if it’s within budget. This graphics card deal is for an MSI variant priced slightly beyond the 5070 MSRP. However, you’ll get a custom overclock and cool black styling in the mix. If you’re not completely sure about the price, check more deals below.
