What we liked about this gaming PC

Intel Core i5-14400F is a strong budget processor

The main source of this gaming PC‘s efficiency is the i5-14400F at the core which has 10 cores and 16 threads with a base TDP of 65W and a maximum boost clock speed of 4.7GHz. The 20MB L3 smart cache also helps it deliver good multi-threaded performance since the data stored at the last level can be shared by all cores, meaning no core is exempt and the load can be divided efficiently.

That being said, it is important to keep the limitations of this processor in mind as it isn’t a heavy-hitting offering so pushing a load that is too much for it will slow down the processing across the board. However, for everyday work and gaming it is more than up for the job and helps keep the cost low as well.

Intel Arc B570 delivers a seamless gaming output

We’ve tested and reviewed the Sparkle Intel Arc B570 Guardian OC in-house and gave it a 4/5 rating due to the performance it showcased. This is also a budget GPU from Intel that excels at 1080p and can also handle 1440p depending on the title. To give you a better idea of how it performed, we’ll provide some benchmarks below:

B760 motherboard allows for decent future upgrades

The ASRock B760 motherboard is the secret weapon of this PC build. This foundation allows for serious future upgrades as it can support up till the Intel Core i9-14900K but we wouldn’t recommend that. The VRM and other features of this board are most likely designed to handle budget and mid-range processors so even going to the i7-14700K would be great as it would significantly boost the performance and efficiency. That being said, it doesn’t support DDR5 RAM but you can increase the capacity for better output.
