We had the pleasure of reviewing the MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED and it’s top of the shop on our best 4K monitor guide right now. Although the newer MPG 322URX comes with better connectivity and improvements in a few other areas, one a price/performance basis we still prefer this model. All told, it’s a flagship-class gaming monitor that combines 4K clarity, 240Hz responsiveness, OLED contrast, and strong color accuracy in one package. If you want a premium all-round display for gaming, media, and some creative work, it’s an excellent choice.
The biggest strengths of this display are its image depth, color richness, and motion clarity. OLED’s pixel response makes fast movement look cleaner, while 4K keeps games and desktop content looking sharp at 32 inches. Adaptive sync, fast refresh, and broad input support also make it flexible enough for both PC and console use, particularly in a mixed entertainment setup.
What we like about this MSI MPG 321URX QD-OLED monitor
4K QD-OLED panel gives you premium image quality and OLED contrast
A 31.5-inch 3840 x 2160 QD-OLED panel combines the deep blacks and near-instant pixel response of OLED with the color vibrancy associated with quantum dot enhancement. That makes it especially compelling for users who want both visual richness in single-player games and crisp desktop sharpness for day-to-day use.

240Hz refresh rate with 0.03ms response time
A 240Hz ceiling at 4K is a genuinely high-end specification, and the 0.03ms GtG response time is aimed at delivering extremely clean motion. This is the kind of monitor that can handle both high-refresh competitive play and slower cinematic titles without forcing you to pick one priority over the other.
Strong color credentials with 10-bit support and 99% DCI-P3
The monitor’s wide gamut and low Delta E target make it more than just a gaming panel. It should also appeal to users doing photo, video, or design work who want stronger color performance without moving to a dedicated pro monitor.
USB-C, KVM, and PiP/PbP add real versatility
The inclusion of USB-C with 90W power delivery, KVM support, and picture-by-picture/picture-in-picture functionality makes it easier to integrate into mixed gaming and work setups. That matters if you switch between a desktop and laptop or want one monitor to handle multiple systems cleanly.
OLED Care 2.0 and AI-assisted protection features
Burn-in management remains an important part of any OLED monitor, especially for desktop use. MSI’s OLED Care feature set is meant to reduce long-term wear concerns and make the display more practical for users who spend time in static apps as well as games.
Who is this 4K OLED monitor for?
This monitor is ideal for enthusiasts who want a premium 4K OLED gaming display but also care about color quality, desktop sharpness, and connectivity. It’s especially well suited to users with powerful PCs who can actually push high refresh rates at higher resolutions. If your graphics card is more midrange, you may be better served by a 1440p high-refresh OLED instead.
