Table of Contents
The GIGABYTE AORUS SUPREME 5 is a true flagship desktop with premium components throughout. Like any RTX 5090-powered rig, it is expensive and far beyond what most gamers need if they’re only looking at playing at 1440p or 1600p resolution, but for maximum performance at 4K or ultrawide resolutions, plus for creator workloads like video editing or streaming, it is a fantastic choice. Performance should be exceptional across almost every workload. The RTX 5090 handles the GPU-heavy side, while the Ryzen 7 9800X3D keeps gaming frame rates high and consistent. With 64GB of DDR5 memory, a Gen5 SSD, Wi-Fi 7, and a 360mm AIO cooler, this is a fantastic offer for $600 off.
GIGABYTE AORUS SUPREME 5 Gaming Desktop PC – AORUS RTX 5090
What we like about this GIGABYTE AORUS SUPREME 5 RTX 5090 gaming desktop
Flagship RTX 5090 graphics
The AORUS SUPREME 5 is built around an AORUS GeForce RTX 5090, making it one of the most powerful gaming desktops in this batch. With 32GB of GDDR7 VRAM, DisplayPort 2.1b, HDMI 2.1b, and NVIDIA Blackwell architecture, it is designed for extreme 4K gaming, high-refresh ultrawide setups, ray tracing, AI workloads, and heavy creative production.
Ryzen 7 9800X3D is ideal for gaming
Pairing the RTX 5090 with the Ryzen 7 9800X3D makes a lot of sense. The 9800X3D is one of the strongest gaming CPUs available, thanks to its 8-core, 16-thread Zen 5 design and 96MB of L3 cache. That extra cache is particularly useful for improving frame rates and consistency in CPU-sensitive games, helping the RTX 5090 stretch its legs at lower resolutions and high refresh rates.

Premium motherboard, SSD, and PSU
This system does not skimp on platform hardware. The X870E AORUS motherboard gives it a premium AM5 foundation with PCIe 5.0 support, Wi-Fi 7, 2.5Gb Ethernet, and plenty of USB connectivity. The 2TB AORUS Gen5 14000 SSD is another highlight, with listed sequential reads up to 14,500MB/s and writes up to 12,700MB/s, making it much faster than typical Gen4 drives. The 1000W 80+ Platinum PSU is also a reassuring inclusion for a flagship GPU build.
Who should buy this RTX 5090 PC deal?
This is for enthusiast gamers, creators, streamers, and power users who want a no-compromise desktop with flagship GPU performance. It is overkill for standard 1080p gaming, but ideal for 4K, ultrawide, VR, AI workflows, and demanding creative apps.
