Key features of this iBuyPower Element gaming PC
Ryzen 7 8700F processor
This CPU is more than adequate for the RTX 5060, as it packs a 5GHz boost clock speed and 16MB L3 cache. Its modest L3 cache lends itself slightly better to QHD gaming builds, in some senses, but it’s still punchy enough to keep the RTX 5060 well-fed when playing in FHD at high FPS. It has 8 cores and 16 threads, which make it a decent choice for lighter multitasking and creative work, and it’s AM5, so you’ve got a clearer runway for upgrades in the future, too.
RTX 5060 graphics card
If you’re looking for something great for FHD gaming at high/ ultra settings that can also punch above its weight thanks to robust AI capabilities, then the RTX 5060 is a great way to go for the price. With exclusive features like MFG, 8GB of VRAM, 9th-gen Nvidia Encoders, and solid raw performance, it’s a quality card for gaming and creative work that doesn’t completely break the bank.

32GB of DDR5 and 1TB of storage
This is what ups the price of this build a fair bit, as expected with nowadays RAM prices; however, it does make it more future-proof and better for handling more demanding titles. It also has a standard 1TB SSD, which is fine if you’re not planning on building a huge gaming library, and don’t mind staying on top of your remaining space.
Should you go for this gaming PC?
This is an interesting build that’s first and foremost designed for excellent FHD gaming performance, and for those who want to nab something with 32GB of RAM for the go. With prices as they are right now for RTX 5060 builds with this much RAM, I’d say this is quite competitive, relatively speaking, but still more than what it was back in August, unfortunately. I think this PC is a decent choice if you want a solid RTX 5060 build for FHD gaming with a decent amount of RAM that won’t need a load of new components if you decide to upgrade in the near future.
