Why we’d pick the Razer
Optimized typing and performance
The BlackWidow V4 TKL is a TenKeyLess compact keyboard intended for gaming. However, whether gaming or typing, the keyboard’s performance should impress. Its top-mounted stainless-steel plate makes for a durable keyboard, while its lubricated stabilizers and two layers of sound-dampening foam mean the experience should be smooth and lacking that irritating click-clack typing noise. Plus, Razer’s orange mechanical switches should be satisfyingly tactile in use.
Added, mappable control
This keyboard may lack ten keys, but what it does have is a multi-function roller and three control buttons. Whether you want to control your audio, media, battery level, or other quick-action commands, each of these is mappable, allowing you extra control over your apps and overall computer commands.

Dual connectivity and 980 hour battery
Razer’s BlackWidow V4 TKL supports both Razer Hyperspeed and Bluetooth connectivity. You can pair a Razer mouse to the same dongle as the BlackWidow V4 via 2.4GHz Razer HyperSpeed for ultra-fast gaming performance. But you can also connect and switch between three Bluetooth devices for easy multitasking. And Razer quotes a massive 980-hour battery.
