RTX 5060 gaming PC offers fast Full HD performance for $100 less in new Amazon deal
Table of Contents
Upgrading to a new PC doesn’t mean that you have to spend thousands of dollars. A great example of that is a deal we’ve spotted on Skytech’s Crystal Gaming PC at Amazon. The Crystal is a current-gen Socket AM5 gaming system, with a regular price of $1,300. That’s been discounted to $1,200, saving $100. Yet it’s not just the price we like. This PC can easily handle fast Full HD gaming thanks to its Ryzen 5 8400F CPU and RTX 5060 graphics card, and it may even stretch further.
Why we like the Skytech Gaming Crystal
A graphics card for fast Full HD and more
Nvidia’s RTX 5060 is an 8GB graphics card that can easily handle fast Full HD in modern games. And, because the 5060 is built on the Blackwell architecture, it can utilize Nvidia’s AI-powered DLSS technology to push to 1440p in some titles. That makes it an excellent first gaming PC, or a strong upgrade to a struggling older system. And the 5060 is capable in light content and editing work, making this system a solid all-rounder for the price.
A good amount of RAM and storage
For a lower-end gaming PC, 16GB of DDR5 (5200MHz) is a decent capacity. It will certainly be enough for daily mixed-use, productivity, and Full HD gaming. Similarly, the 1TB NVMe SSD drive is enough for a realistic mix of OS, games, media, apps, and important files. If you have a handful of titles played in a regular rotation, you shouldn’t face any issues.

A Socket AM5 CPU
The Ryzen 5 8400F in this system is good enough for modern gaming and will support the RTX 5060 without issue. It is a lower-end Socket AM5 processor, but because it is Socket AM5, you will have good drop-in upgrade potential for the future.
Smart, stylish, and well-cooled
Skytech systems look good, and the Gaming Crystal is true to that tradition: Its black Crystal case features triple-tempered glass and a large window into a tidy and well-cooled interior where a high-performance air cooler and ARGB fans should be plenty to keep temperatures low.
What to consider before you buy
With its RTX 5060 and Ryzen 5 8400F, the Skytech Crystal is a machine built for Full HD 1080p gaming. While Nvidia’s DLSS will push the RTX 5060 further, this isn’t a true 1440p gaming setup. For the excellent deal price, that’s absolutely to be expected. And if you’re happy with fast Full HD gaming, it’s a non-issue. This is a modern PC that will serve you well for its cost. However, if you want true 1440p performance, look for an RTX 5060 Ti (16GB) or RX 9060 XT (16GB) gaming PC.
