This Yeyian gaming PC is one of the most affordable RTX 5060 prebuilds we’ve come across, thanks to a hefty $190 discount that’s dropped it down to just $909.99 at Newegg. It’s also at its lowest price in 30 days, making it a great time to go for it. Now, for the price, this PC brings a lot to the table. As mentioned, you’ve got the RTX 5060, which gives you excellent FHD gaming performance, plus all the generational improvements and latest features of Nvidia’s Blackwell architecture. That’s paired with the excellent, but cost-effective, Intel i5-14400F, and there’s even 16GB of DDR5, too.

A quick overview of this Yeyian RTX 5060 gaming PC

You’ve got an RTX 5060 in this build, which has 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM, 4th-gen ray tracing cores, and 5th-gen tensor cores. It’s basically a very strong card for 1080p, and especially good for competitive gaming and esports, as it’s able to deliver high framerates with ease. This is paired with an Intel Core i5-14400F processor, which is actually a decent option from a price-to-performance perspective, especially if you’re after something with a slightly higher core count than your typical budget-friendly CPUs. This Intel CPU features 10 cores and 16 threads, and a pretty large 20MB L3 cache and 4.7GHz boost clock speed, so it’s a decent all-rounder, and suitable for high fps gaming with low frame latency, multitasking, and even some creative workloads, too.

Where this PC stands out from the crowd at this price point is that it features DDR5 instead of DDR4, which is not always the case at under $1,000. It has 16GB, which is more than enough for gaming, and will be significantly faster than your typical DDR4. This means fewer microstutters and better framerates in-game, which is another win if you’re using this PC primarily for fast-paced, competitive gaming. Throw in a 1TB SSD, a stylish PC case, and aRGB throughout, and you’ve got a pretty well-rounded PC for the price.

Is it good value for money?

Absolutely. In my experience, at close to $900, you’re typically getting much more basic CPUs and DDR4 RAM paired with the RTX 5060. Even compared to some of your typical RTX 5050 prebuilds, it’s a great value. The only thing that makes it slightly less ideal, for some, is that the CPU is built on the older LGA 1700 socket. This means that you’re going to have to swap out its motherboard if you want to upgrade to a newer, Intel Core Ultra CPU.

Alternative picks

Personally, I think it’s worth exploring more of Yeyian’s lineup on Newegg if you’re weighing up your options. This Yeyian RTX 5060 gaming PC has a higher-end processor, the Intel Core i7-14700F, and 32GB of DDR5, and would be a good alternative if you’re looking for better multitasking and productivity performance, with better handling of creative workflows, in addition to superior gaming performance, too.
