180Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, and FreeSync Premium Pro
You’ll find that this monitor is tailored for competitive gaming. When an image can be refreshed up to 180 times per second, the output is very fluid and smooth, meaning fast movements and moving objects appear smooth without losing their details. This aspect comes in handy when you’re racing or playing FPS games, as you need to track opponents or view markers for when to drop the gear or start turning.
The response time indicates that the pixels can change colors very quickly, reducing ghosting or trailing behind fast-moving elements. So, you can connect your shots with the player model instead of an afterimage. FreeSync Premium Pro ensures that your gaming sessions are not impacted by screen tearing, as it syncs the output of the GPU with the monitor so that they always align.
Ideal for productivity
Due to the massive 40″ panel and Auto Source Switch+, this gaming monitor is also perfect for work. You can connect two devices with it and split the screen or display one input on top of the other; however you may prefer. This will help to streamline and make your workflows more efficient. Also, this technology automatically switches to the newly connected input, so you can be working on your laptop, and as soon as you’re done, you can fire up the gaming PC, and it’ll show the PC desktop on the monitor, and you can start gaming.
