It looks like it’s a good time to score an Acer Predator OLED gaming monitor on Amazon, as I’ve spotted a fair few at their best prices in months. This model is the X32, which has a 4K, 32-inch, 1700R curved display and a very high 240Hz refresh rate. It’s essentially a monitor that’s designed to give you a better sense of immersion when gaming and deliver outstanding, cinematic contrast and depth, but still leaves you enough refresh rate headroom for higher FPS, competitive, and fast-paced gaming. It’s coming in at $649.99, wth a solid 30% off its list price. Here’s a closer look at its key features.

FreeSync Premium
This is going to help reduce screen tearing and stutter when gaming, and since it’s the ‘Pro’ version, you also get low frame rate compensation, which helps with more severe framerate dips that go lower than the monitor’s bottom-level refresh rate.
QD-OLED panel
This is going to be excellent for contrast, color, and response time, too. If you’re gaming in HDR, then an OLED like this is the way to go, as it’s going to make everything look far more cinematic, atmospheric, and immersive compared to your conventional LED monitors.
USB-C with 65W PD
A genuinely premium feature for a gaming monitor, and one that’s ecellent if you’re looking to connect a laptop via a single cable for display and charging.
99% DCI-P3 color and Delta E<2 accuracy
Brilliant for creatives who need to make critical color-sensitive edits, especially those working in video editing and film.
Is this monitor right for you?
I’d say if you’ve got a high-end gaming PC and want something that’s going to be great for immersion, but still provides enough headroom for fast-paced titles, this is a very strong option to consider at its current price. For creative use, I’d say it also makes sense, as its color is fantastic and its curve isn’t so steep that it’s going to distort geometric shapes too much. Overall, it’s a quality monitor for a compelling price.
