This 65-inch 4K TV just got its first Amazon deal price – and it’s lower than you may think
Table of Contents
Insignia’s line of Fire TVs provides useful features and reliable quality at a lower cost. And for an above-average-sized model, the 65-inch Class F50 Series is another option to add to that list. The 4K TV just got its first discount at Amazon in a limited-time deal, and the already reasonably priced set is now even more affordable. The discount drops the $300 TV to $260, which is great for a popular TV like this. Here’s what you need to know.

Why we’d pick the Insignia 65-inch Class F50 Series
A cost-effective 4K TV
The Insignia 65-inch Class F50 Series is a low-cost upgrade, ideal if your budget is tight. But it’s a 4K LED TV with a native 60Hz refresh rate, and it supports the HDR10 standard. So you can enjoy smooth 4K viewing and high dynamic range content, taking in vibrant colors and a (relatively) bright, well-balanced viewing experience.
DTS Virtual-X Sound and eArc
Despite a low price for this TV, it does support DTS Virtual-X Sound, which is designed to deliver more immersive, three-dimensional sound through its speakers. Plus, if you want to boost the audio, the TV’s HDMI ARC and HDMI eARC support allows you to connect a soundbar for more enjoyable listening.

A Fire TV with ample content access
Crucially, this Insignia model is a Fire TV, so it’s primed for access to all of the major streaming and content platforms, including Prime Video, Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube, Apple TV+, Disney+, ESPN+, Sling TV, and Paramount+. Additionally, you get access to Alexa voice control and Alexa skills.
What to consider before you buy
The cost of this TV is especially impressive at the deal price, but it’s a low-end option for a 65-inch TV. If your budget stretches higher, you could consider and compare some Mini-LED models for improved visual performance. And don’t forget that with Prime Big Deals Day around the corner, there could be some hefty price drops.
