The Google Pixel 11 Pro combines a compact 6.3-inch design with a bright LTPO OLED display, versatile triple-camera system and an unusually spacious 1TB of internal storage. One terabyte provides substantial room for 4K video, high-resolution photographs, offline media and large applications. Its Tensor G6 processor places Google’s Gemini features and computational photography at the centre of the experience, while seven years of updates strengthen its long-term appeal. It is an expensive flagship and its 120x zoom is primarily computational rather than optical, but it is still a great choice for photographers and Android users who want maximum storage without moving to an oversized XL phone. The Pixel 11 Pro provides Google’s complete Pro camera and display experience without requiring the larger 6.8-inch Pro XL body. Its official dimensions are approximately 152.7 x 71.9 x 8.4mm, with a weight of 204g. That makes it more manageable than many large-screen flagships, although 204g is still substantial for a 6.3-inch phone. The metal frame, glass back and camera assembly contribute to a dense, premium feel. Google offers the Pro models in Canyon, Fog, Olive and Obsidian. Canyon is the colour specified in the product title. Read below for more detailed information on the various specifications, or see the foot of this page for alternative smartphone deals.

What we like about this Google Pixel 11 Pro smartphone

Excellent Super Actua display

The 6.3-inch Super Actua display uses an LTPO OLED panel with a resolution of 1280 x 2856 and a high density of 495 pixels per inch. Text, interface elements and photographs should appear exceptionally sharp.

Its adaptive refresh range extends from 1Hz to 120Hz. The phone can use a high refresh rate for smooth scrolling and animation, then reduce it for static content to save power. Actual refresh behaviour is controlled dynamically rather than remaining locked at 120Hz.

Google rates the panel at up to 2,400 nits for HDR content and as much as 3,600 nits of peak brightness under limited conditions. These peak figures do not represent continuous full-screen brightness, but they should help with outdoor visibility and HDR highlights.

Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protects the display, supplemented by an anti-scratch shield. Google says the coating provides more than twice the scratch resistance of the previous generation, although a screen protector remains sensible for a device of this price.

OLED technology supplies excellent black levels and contrast. As with all OLED displays, long-term uneven wear remains possible when static content is shown repeatedly at high brightness, but Android’s interface and display-management systems are designed to reduce the risk.

Versatile triple-camera system

The rear camera system includes a 50-megapixel wide camera, a 48-megapixel ultrawide with autofocus and Macro Focus, and a 48-megapixel telephoto camera. This gives the phone genuine optical options across conventional, wide-angle, macro and distant subjects.

The telephoto camera uses a 5x optical lens and a larger sensor than the preceding generation. Google says it captures 30% more light, which should help with detail and noise in dim conditions. Optical image stabilisation is included on both the main and telephoto cameras.

Google describes 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 5x and 10x as providing optical-quality output. The 10x setting relies on sensor cropping and computational processing rather than a separate 10x optical lens.

Pro Zoom extends to 120x, but this should not be mistaken for 120x optical magnification. At extreme distances, the phone combines digital enlargement with image models and stabilisation to reconstruct a usable result. It can be helpful for identifying distant details, but images will not have the natural fine detail of a dedicated long telephoto lens.

The ultrawide camera’s autofocus allows it to perform double duty for close-up photography. Macro Focus is useful for flowers, textures and small objects where the main camera cannot focus sufficiently close.

Strong computational photography features

Magic Capture records a video and analyses roughly 400 frames during a typical session to select well-timed still photographs. It can then crop, unblur and prepare a selection of 12-megapixel images while preserving the accompanying video. This can be useful for unpredictable subjects such as children, animals and sport, where pressing the shutter at precisely the right moment is difficult. The results remain algorithmic selections, so photographers who want complete control may prefer conventional burst shooting or Pro controls.

Instant Night Sight is designed to capture low-light images as much as 4.5 times faster while maintaining Google’s expected image quality. A shorter capture can reduce blur caused by hand movement or a moving subject, although very dark scenes may still require the phone to be held steady.

Camera Looks provides selectable visual styles, while Pro controls give experienced users greater influence over capture settings. Features including Best Take, Add Me, Face Unblur, Photo Unblur, Long Exposure and Action Pan provide additional computational options.

The front-facing camera supports 4K recording at up to 60 frames per second. Rear video recording is also available at 4K/60, making the 1TB model particularly useful for users who record substantial amounts of high-resolution footage.

Gemini Intelligence integration

Gemini Intelligence is designed to provide proactive assistance across compatible applications. Google presents it as a way to organise information, help with tasks and surface relevant details without requiring the user to move repeatedly between apps. Gemini Live supports more conversational interaction, while Gemini Nano enables selected processing directly on the phone. Whether a feature works locally or through Google’s servers depends on the task, language, software version and service availability.

Useful HiLight notifications

HiLight uses coloured LEDs around the rear flash to communicate selected information while the phone is lying face down. It can display different patterns while Gemini is listening, processing or responding. Custom colours can also be assigned to important callers, allowing the user to identify who is calling without turning the phone over. Google says additional HiLight functions, including notifications from favourite contacts, are expected over time. It is a thoughtful alternative to an always-visible screen, particularly during meetings, meals or focused work. Its usefulness depends on the phone being placed face down and within sight, and it does not replace a smartwatch or full notification display.

HiLight is exclusive to Google’s Pixel 11 Pro family rather than the standard Pixel 11. It is one of the clearer functional distinctions between the regular and Pro models.

30-hour battery claim and faster charging

The Pixel 11 Pro contains a typical 4,850mAh battery. Google advertises more than 30 hours of battery life under its testing conditions, but real endurance will depend on signal strength, camera use, display brightness, refresh rate and AI workloads.

Wired charging can restore up to 55% in approximately 30 minutes when using a compatible 30W or more powerful USB-C PPS adapter. The charger is sold separately; the box includes a USB-C cable but not a mains power adapter. Pixelsnap wireless charging is Qi2.2-certified and supports up to 25W. Its magnetic alignment should make compatible chargers and stands easier to position consistently than traditional flat Qi pads.

Improved durability and IP68 protection

Gorilla Glass Victus 2 covers both the display and the silky matte rear surface, while an aluminium frame surrounds the device. Google describes the Pixel 11 Pro as its most durable Pro phone to date.

IP68 certification indicates resistance to dust and water under defined laboratory conditions. It does not make the phone waterproof, and resistance can decline through wear, impact or repairs. Liquid damage may also fall outside standard warranty coverage.

A protective case remains worthwhile because glass can still crack when dropped. Google’s thinner camera design reduces the size of the rear projection, and a compatible case can make the phone sit more steadily on a flat surface.

Long software-support period

Seven years of operating-system, security and Pixel Drop updates represent a major advantage for anyone planning to keep the phone. This support period helps maintain compatibility and security while spreading the purchase price over a longer ownership cycle.

The physical battery is more likely than the processor to become the limiting component during such a long period. A battery replacement may be required to keep the device practical for the complete seven years.

Who should go for this Google Pixel 11 Pro deal?

The Google Pixel 11 Pro 1TB is best suited to Android users who want a premium but relatively compact phone with an advanced camera system. It provides the same core Pro features as the larger Pro XL without requiring a 6.8-inch display. The 1TB model is particularly attractive to photographers, video creators and travellers who store large amounts of media locally. It also suits buyers who intend to keep the phone for several years and do not want storage capacity to become a restriction.

Buyers mainly interested in ordinary messaging, browsing and photography should compare it with the less expensive Pixel 11. The standard model has a lower-resolution display, less memory and a simpler camera system, but it retains Tensor G6, Gemini features and a 120Hz OLED screen.

Overall, the Pixel 11 Pro is a refined Android flagship with a rare combination of manageable size, maximum storage and an uncompromised camera system. The 1TB configuration is expensive but makes sense for users who can exploit its media capacity and intend to benefit from the full seven-year support window.
