If you’re operating on a budget and want to get your hands on a prebuilt gaming PC, the Skytech Storm might be perfect for you. It is powered by the Ryzen 5 5500 and the RTX 5050, making it suitable for 1080p and 1440p gaming, everyday use, browsing, watching movies, etc. This is an AM4 build and comes with 32GB DDR4 RAM, which is pretty decent and will help with productivity and gaming. With this deal, you can get your hands on it for only $1,099.99.
This is a very decent machine with a very clean and elegant look for the price and is great for browsing, watching videos, movies, gaming, streaming, etc. However, keep in mind that these are entry-level components, so pushing them for heavy processing isn’t recommended, as that’ll dampen the experience.
What we liked about this gaming PC
Ryzen 5 5500
This processor has 6 cores and 12-threads based on the Zen 3 architecture and was designed to deliver decent everyday and gaming performance without burning a hole in your pocket. This is more than enough for browsing, office tasks, documentation, and light content creation. When it comes to gaming, this processor can handle modern titles at 1080p; however, the main limitation is the AM4 platform. While there are much more powerful options to upgrade to, such as the Ryzen 9 5900XT, that is where the road ends, and beyond that, you’ll have to upgrade the motherboard as well as the RAM.

RTX 5050
Powered by the Blackwell architecture, the RTX 5050 is designed for solid 1080p gaming without putting a dent in your wallet. While it isn’t super powerful, it has a significant edge over integrated graphics and also brings features like DLSS 4.5 and MFG to the table. This allows it to ensure a smooth and high FPS gaming experience even when the in-game settings are ramped up.
32GB DDR4 RAM
The 32GB DDR4 RAM gives this gaming PC a lot more breathing room than 16GB, and that will come in handy when you’ve got different apps or processes running simultaneously. With a high ceiling, you won’t have to worry about this system coming to a halt, and it allows games and applications to handle heavy data, which also helps eliminate bottlenecks, resulting in smooth and efficient processing.
