Components come and go and newer ones will, usually, drop the price of their predecessors. So as the RTX 5070 Ti is announced, we’ve spotted a Skytech RTX 4070 Ti and Intel Core i7 13700F gaming PC which has dropped to its lowest price.
According to Camelcamelcamel, the prior low for this Skytech Chronos gaming PC was around $1,750. But it’s now, apparently naturally with no promotional discount, priced at $1,649. That’s a very well-equipped gaming PC that seems to have had its regular price lowered.

Benefits of the Skytech Gaming Chronos Gaming PC
- Intel Core i7 – At the heart of the PC is the highly capable Intel Core i7 13700F, a processor that needs a graphics card due to its lack of integrated graphics, but which is also a 16-core, 24-thread processor that is perfect for mid-range multimedia and gaming systems and will be for some time.
- RTX 4070 Ti – is still a great graphics card, despite being succeeded by the 4070 Ti Super and the newly announced 5070 Ti. It’s great if you want smooth 1440p gaming and the option of 4K in many titles, plus it will handle VR gaming if that’s what you’re after.
- 1TB NVMe – A solid capacity drive for a system with only one drive, 1TB is enough for a boot drive and for media, although an additional drive specifically for gaming or multimedia storage may be preferred.
- Peripherals included – This system comes with a gaming mouse and keyboard included in the purchase.
- Cooling and RGB – 4x RGB fans support airflow and colorful aesthetics.

Why consider this Skytech Gaming Chronos Gaming PC?
New and shiny components are all well and good, but older-generation components can still provide a lot of value for years to come. This system includes an excellent combination of the Intel Core-i7 13700F and the RTX 4070 Ti, parts that will deliver excellent 1440p gaming at high settings.
That’s likely particularly appealing if you’re moving from a much older system that isn’t quite keeping up with what you want. The fact that the RTX 5070 Ti has now been announced may have influenced the lower price of this 4070 Ti-based system.
