8BitDo has added another controller to its lineup with the launch of the Ultimate 3C+ Wireless Controller. The new model comes with several features aimed at both casual and competitive players, including TMR thumbsticks, a 1000Hz polling rate, additional buttons, and multiple connectivity options. Orders are already open at $39.99, with shipping scheduled to begin on October 30. There are also three colors to choose from: Stealth Black, Avocado Green, and Frost White.

One of the biggest highlights is what 8BitDo calls Dual Force Ring, which combines smooth-gliding TMR joysticks with adjustable tension. This allows players to change how the sticks feel depending on their preference, while TMR technology is designed to offer accurate and responsive control.

There are plenty of extra controls as well. The controller includes additional R4 and L4 bumpers, along with two back buttons that come with a locking feature. Fast button mapping is supported, while a trigger mode switch gives users another way to adjust the controls. Enhanced vibration is also included, with synchronized rumble for both the triggers and grips.

As far as connectivity is concerned, Windows users can connect through 2.4GHz wireless or USB-C, while Android devices can use Bluetooth 5.4 LE. Official compatibility includes Windows 10 version 1903 and newer, as well as Android 13 and above.

Battery life depends on the connection being used. The built-in 500mAh rechargeable battery provides up to 20 hours of use over 2.4GHz wireless and up to 32 hours through Bluetooth. When the battery completely drains, a full recharge takes around two hours. Aside from that, the Ultimate 3C+ measures 155.7 x 104.5 x 62mm and weighs 240.5g.
