8BitDo’s retro Xbox mouse and keyboard combo goes up for pre order and one of them is already out of stock
Table of Contents
8BitDo is a company known for its officially licensed gaming peripherals, often targeting the more budget-friendly side of the market. We like to think of them as the counter-SCUF, a brand synonymous with high-end controllers that cross over into triple-digit price tags. Anyway, we’re here today to talk about two new special Xbox-themed peripherals 8BitDo just unveiled.
Gaming tie-ins aren’t unusual for 8BitDo; they also released a Black Myth: Wukong-themed controller earlier this year. And now, it has launched a mouse and keyboard combo inspired by the original Xbox’s Crystal Green color palette. We know them better for their controllers, but this matching duo looks great and is now ready for pre-order on Amazon.
8BitDo launches Retro 87 keyboard & Retro R8 mouse
Both the mouse and keyboard were announced on X and people’s reactions seem generally positive. The iconic look of the Crystal Green colorway is instantly recognizable and these two matching peripherals are a must-have for any long-time Xbox fan – especially those who have moved on to PC gaming.
