If you’ve heard of Fanatical, you’ll know that it’s one of the best places for finding cheap Steam games. Usually, it’s their bundles that we’re most interested in. But this month, they’re doing something different, as they’ve just launched a massive sale on their store as Halloween draws near.

Besides offering game bundles, Fanatical also has a game store just like Steam. They also host different sales events from time to time that let gamers save big. This month, they’ve returned with the Scream Sale to celebrate Halloween, and the discounts are absolutely amazing. The best part? There are several Steam Deck Verified games available for just under $5.

While we’re seeing up to 95% off on some games, the biggest discounts seem to be on older titles. New releases have also received discounts during the sale, but nothing massive. With that said, while the games available for under $5 fall into the budget category, they still offer tons of content and will keep you attached to your Steam Deck’s screen for some time to come.

Outside of the Fanatical sale, Steam is running its Next Fest event. While this is primarily designed to help gamers discover upcoming games (and play their demos), there are also some sales going on. Most notably, all editions of Borderlands 4 have been slashed by 20%. If you want to focus on bundles, however, then we’d recommend the very latest from Humble Bundle. Key reseller Green Man Gaming is also making moves, as they unveiled their first bundle recently.
