Gigabyte shares specs for upcoming 4K 240Hz AORUS OLED gaming monitor with Dual Mode support

Gigabyte has shared more details about its upcoming AORUS ELITE FO32U24G, giving us a complete look at what the 32-inch OLED gaming monitor will offer. One of its biggest highlights is Dual Mode, which allows players to choose between a high-resolution experience for visually demanding games and a significantly higher refresh rate when playing competitive titles.
At its native resolution, the FO32U24G runs at 4K with a 240Hz refresh rate. However, switching to its second mode drops the resolution to 1920 x 1080 while doubling the refresh rate to 480Hz. Gigabyte has also included its Tactical Switch, making it easier to quickly jump between these modes depending on what you’re playing.
The new gaming monitor uses LG Display’s fourth-generation Tandem WOLED technology and has a 0.03ms GtG response time. It offers a 1.5 million:1 contrast ratio, 10-bit color depth, 99.5% coverage of DCI-P3, and 84% coverage of BT.2020. Gigabyte is also claiming a peak brightness of 1,500 nits, while DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification is included.

The FO32U24G uses a glossy RealBlack surface treatment, but Gigabyte says reflections can be as low as 1.1%. This should make the display easier to use in brighter rooms without sacrificing the deep blacks and contrast OLED panels are known for. The monitor also uses a four-sided borderless design, which should make it particularly suitable for multi-monitor setups.
As you’d expect from a high-end gaming monitor, Gigabyte has packed in several software features. These include Tactical HUD, Tactical Crosshair, Night Vision, AI Black Equalizer, Game Assist, and OLED VRR Anti-Flicker. The monitor is also Nvidia G-Sync compatible and supports FreeSync Premium Pro for smoother gameplay with variable refresh rates.
OLED longevity hasn’t been ignored either, as AI OLED Care Pro uses several protection features designed to reduce the risk of burn-in. Gigabyte has also added heat pipes and thermal materials to distribute heat more evenly, while presence detection can automatically turn the display off when the user leaves and restore it when they return.
That said, Gigabyte hasn’t revealed the final price or exact release date for the AORUS ELITE FO32U24G yet, but the monitor is expected to arrive later in 2026.
