The ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X20 was released on October 15, bringing another option to the growing handheld gaming market. With the special edition device now available, accessory makers are starting to turn their attention toward it, and JSAUX could be among the companies planning dedicated protection for the new handheld.

JSAUX is an accessory manufacturer that has become particularly well known among handheld gaming users. The company sells a wide range of products for devices such as the Steam Deck and ROG Ally, including protective cases, docks, chargers, screen protectors, bags, and other accessories. One of its popular products is the ModCase, which is already available for the ROG Ally family.

ModCase for ROG Xbox Ally X20 may be planned

Now, JSAUX says it is “gauging” interest in bringing a ModCase to the ROG Xbox Ally X20. However, JSAUX made it clear that it is still evaluating the idea, meaning the X20 ModCase has not been officially confirmed for release yet.

Its existing ModCase for the ROG Ally series gives us an idea of what an X20 version could offer. The case uses a modular design and combines a rigid outer shell with a shock-absorbing TPU layer to help protect the handheld against drops, scratches, and everyday wear. It also includes a front cover with storage for SD cards, textured grips, and support for attaching accessories such as power banks and cooling fans.

The ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X version currently costs $37.99, so if JSAUX moves forward with an X20 model, we could see it arrive at a similar price. Of course, there is no pricing information for the potential X20 version yet.

In the meantime, X20 owners already have a few compatible JSAUX accessories to choose from, which include the Double-Deck Travel Case, Sling Bag, and Multi-Mode Joystick & Grip Guard Set.
