Every month, Fanatical puts out a ‘Build Your Own Platinum’ bundle where players can get more than a dozen games at a very low price. In September, Fanatical’s Platinum bundle had 16 games, with titles like Overcooked! 2 and Tavern Master.

For the October bundle, there are 17 best selling games that players can choose from. As always, the more games you add to your bundle, the more you can save on them. For the most bang for your buck, you’ll have to go for 7 games plus, which will bring the price down to just $2.86 per game!

What’s in the Build Your Own Platinum collection (October 2024)?

As we mentioned, this build-your-own Platinum collection lets you pick from 17 games. This includes base games, complete editions, and special editions of the games, too.

Here’s a list of all the games included, along with their Steam Deck compatibility:

Now, the games that are ‘verified’ run perfectly well on Steam Deck. And the games with a ‘playable’ status run well on the handheld PC – you just have to tinker with the settings a little. In simple words, you can run ‘verified’ and ‘playable’ games on the handheld without a hitch.

However, the games with ‘unknown’ status are yet to be tested on Steam Deck, and the ‘unsupported’ titles are not supported (or at least they don’t run very well).

Is this bundle worth it?

Now, $2.86 per game sounds like an amazing price – you’re getting a whole game for that small amount. And on the whole, we think this bundle provides really good value for money. So, if you’re looking to get seven or more games, we think this is a good deal. And if you buy all 17 games, you will be paying just $48.55 instead of the $412.80 retail price.

For Steam Deck users, 10 of the items in this bundle are playable on the device. So, if you’re buying seven or more, this bundle is worth it. But if you only want two or less, then you should consider waiting for another bundle.
