Video games can be pricey, which is why most gamers wait for sale events to grab their favorite games. Thankfully, bundles like Fanatical’s build-your-own Platinum Collection offer an affordable way to expand your library without breaking the bank. This time, they’re offering a massive 89% discount on 16 Steam Deck-compatible games.
The games are a mixture of Verified and Playable titles. For those wondering, Verified games run smoothly on the Steam Deck out of the box, while Playable titles may require some tweaks and adjustments for smooth performance. There are also a few Unsupported and Unknown titles, but they reportedly work just fine.
What does the Platinum Collection bundle offer?
For the month of September, the Platinum Collection bundle is offering a total of 18 games. However, we only selected 16 titles as the remaining two don’t run well on the Steam Deck.
The price of the bundle will depend on the number of games you select. Three to four games will cost $3.33 each, while five to six games will cost $3.00 each. If you add anything more than that, then each game will cost $2.86. The total value of all games combined is around $407, but thanks to the 89% discount, you can get all of them for only $45.70 if you opt for the complete bundle.

Any good games?
There are plenty of titles in the bundle that provide an exciting experience. For instance, Overcooked! 2 is an extremely popular cooking simulation game, with a very positive rating and more than 47,000 reviews on Steam. In it, you can team up with your friends or other online players to manage a restaurant’s kitchen. However, this isn’t just an ordinary cooking game, as the kitchens are constantly changing, with moving platforms, conveyor belts, and even exploding ovens.
Then, we have Tavern Master, a medieval tavern management simulation game where you’re responsible for every aspect of your tavern’s operations. You can customize your tavern’s layout by adding rooms, furniture, and decorations to create a unique atmosphere. You can also hire employees like bartenders, chefs, and cleaners to keep your tavern running smoothly. Overall, your main goal is to expand your tavern, attract new customers, and increase your profits.
If you’re a fan of the Mega Man series, then you may want to check out the Mega Man Legacy Collection 2. This collection brings together the 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th installments in the series. However, these are improved versions of the original games, as they offer updated visuals. On top of that, the legacy collection edition also offers additional content, such as time trials and remix challenges.
In case you want to explore more games for your Steam Deck, then you can check out the latest bundle from Humble Bundle, which is offering 8 Steam Deck games for only $12, or the recent Humble Detectives pack.
