Though this hardware is mostly meant to run games, in a pinch, it can double as a desktop replacement. This is especially true if you use a clever case mod like this one available via Etsy.

If you live somewhere without much space, or perhaps you need to travel long distances on a regular basis, it can be hard to justify owning a big desktop PC. Devices like the Lenovo Legion Go make for a great alternative for gaming. However, what if you need to run off a quick email? Or take some notes, and all you have is your Legion Go? There is a solution.

Legion Go case mod makes room for a keyboard

A clever modder has come up with a Legion Go case mod that integrates a small keyboard, effectively turning the Legion Go into a mini laptop. The case holds the main body of the Legion Go, allowing the controllers to be detached as normal. The keyboard attaches to the front using strong magnets.

The case is 3D printed and available in a variety of colours and textures. Customers can choose black, green, white, yellow, orange, or red. It is also possible to select a diamond or carbon fiber texture instead of regular texture when placing an order, enabling a great degree of customisation.

Posters on Reddit did note that the keyboard layout is unusual, which is mostly down to the small form factor. Other Reddit users were impressed by the build and the ingenious use of magnetic connectors.
