Anyone who has been waiting for the RTX 5060 release date finally has a date to look forward to. Following the launch of the RTX 5060 Ti last month (for both 8GB and 16GB models), the non-Ti variant is now scheduled for May 19. Previously, Nvidia had only revealed that the 5060 would be available sometime this month.

The 19th of May was a date that was previously thrown around by leakers; now it has been officially confirmed. It’s a notable date, because it’s when Computex 2025 kicks off in Taiwan this year. We already know that Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang will deliver his keynote speech on the same day to open up the event.

RTX 5060 is coming out on May 19

As announced across its social channels, as well as confirmed on the Nvidia website, the RTX 5060 will be available on the 19th at 9 AM PST. For the time being, you can sign up for email notifications regarding the 5060 via Nvidia’s website.

In its announcement post, Team Green notes that 5060 graphics cards, desktops, and even laptops will be available for purchase “worldwide” from partners and retailers. Considering we’ve seen delays plaguing the current RTX 50 series laptops, with 5070 Ti laptop reviews only going live around a week ago, we’ll have to wait and see if availability for the non-Ti 5060 mobile chips proves to be any more substantial.
