Google has already made it official that the Pixel 10a is coming on February 18. At least, that’s when the phone will be available to pre-order. The exact 10a release date might be a couple of weeks later, and while we wait for Google to launch the new budget-friendly smartphone, a fresh specs leak has appeared online thanks to US prepaid carrier TracFone.

The carrier has posted a list of technical specifications on its database here, revealing much of what there is to know about the phone’s hardware. These sorts of pages tend to get taken down soon after news spreads, but it’s still available at the time of writing, so we can take a closer look at the Pixel 10a specs and how it compares to the last-gen 9a.

Many Pixel 10a key specs have been leaked again

It should be noted that many of these specs were already known, or at least leaked, in some way or another. However, a more official listing from a service provider like TracFone helps us feel more confident about the information. With the pre-orders going live just two days from now, we’ll soon get to see this confirmed once and for all by Google.

  • Screen resolution: 2424 x 1080 (FHD+)
  • Size (W x H x D): 2.87” x 6.06” x 0.35”
  • Weight: 6.52 ounces
  • Battery capacity: 5,100 mAh
  • Front Camera: 13MP
  • Rear Camera: 48MP / 13MP
  • Waterproof IP rating: IP68
  • Operating system: Android 16
  • Wireless connectivity: 5G LTE/Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 6

While this is a nice list of specs to peek at, it does fail to confirm a few key specs you may have hoped to see mentioned. Glaring emissions include the chipset and memory (RAM) capacity. The processor is currently said to be the Google Tensor G4, while the smartphone is expected to feature just 8GB RAM, both of which match last year’s Pixel 9a specs. This is despite Google moving onto Tensor G5 with the launch of the main Pixel 10 series in August last year.

Previous leaks suggest the Pixel 10a will come in Obsidian, Fog, Lavender, and Berry colorways. The image above from the TracFone database appears to show the front of the Berry color, with a wallpaper to match.
