Refurbished MacBook prices drop even lower than the MacBook Neo thanks to a limited-time offer
Apple introduced the MacBook Neo back in March with a starting price of $599 as a more affordable option for users who wanted to enter the Mac ecosystem without spending big. The laptop was designed as a basic everyday machine, sitting below the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro in Apple’s lineup. It offers great performance for browsing, office work, streaming, and school tasks, making it a go-to option for casual users.
However, those who want something more premium may now have a better option, as some refurbished MacBook Air models are currently available with a budget-friendly price tag, and in some cases, they are even cheaper than the MacBook Neo itself. It’s worth noting that the performance of the Neo is similar to that of an M1 Air, but the latter is more versatile for creatives.

Of course, there is one important thing to keep in mind. These MacBook Air units are refurbished, meaning they have been previously used or returned. That said, the company claims the products go through proper inspection and testing before being listed for sale.
For many buyers, refurbished laptops are a great way to save money while still getting premium hardware. Apple’s MacBook Air lineup is already known for offering excellent battery life, solid build quality, and strong performance. Even older Air models can still handle daily tasks smoothly without problems.
Another important thing to keep in mind is that these deals will only remain available until May 23. Because the discounts are attractive, some models could sell out before the sale officially ends.
