This ambitious Starfield Star Wars mod promises ‘a complete overhaul’ with beta release ‘just around the corner’

Modding is one of our favorite elements of PC gaming. Not every game out there supports mods, but for the ones that do, you can usually bet on there being an active community for it. It allows people to make different changes and adjustments to a game. This can either be in the form of small tweaks or complete overhauls.
This helps with changing the overall feel of the game by giving it a fresh look. And if you’ve been playing Starfield, you will be excited to learn that there’s a new mod in development that will introduce the Star Wars universe into the game.

A new Star Wars mod for Starfield is in the works
The project is named ‘Star Wars: A Complete Starfield Overhaul.’ As the name already suggests, it isn’t a mod that is meant to make a few changes and improvements to the game. Instead, it will be a complete overhaul. And for those who don’t know, an overhaul usually touches nearly every aspect of the game. What this means is that you can expect to see new characters, weapons, and even quests when the final version of the mod goes live.
At the moment, the mod’s creator, Bill Jones, has not shared any details on exactly when the mod will be released – only saying that the team’s collective passion and collaboration “will lead to a beta release that's just around the corner”. However, he claims that this timeline has not been finalized yet, but he’s working on it daily.
Right now, he’s partnering up with skilled mod developers and Star Wars enthusiasts to speed up the process and make it a treat for both Star Wars and Starfield fans. Bill is also the same person who previously created two mods for Starfield; Infinite Carryweight and Infinite Health.
Starfield isn’t the only game from Bethesda that is getting an overhaul mod. Fallout 4 is also getting the same treatment in the form of the Fallout: London mod, which is expected to be released any day now. While it won’t be available to those who own an Epic Game Store version of the game, the mod will introduce new quests, characters, and much more.
