We’ve had a lot of fun at Computex 2025 this year, and in between big announcements like AMD’s RX 9060 XT and the new MSI Claw handheld, there is plenty of interesting and quirky tech to see at the event. Not everything is a commercial product, and just like previous years, manufacturers or modders are keen to show off their custom PCs. One we want to highlight today was (literally) standing proudly at the Palit booth.

There have been some outlandish custom PCs at Computex over the years, but if you’re a fan of Monster Hunter – particularly the latest in the series, MH Wilds – then this Palico PC mod should grab your attention. It certainly grabbed ours, and yes, it’s a fully functional PC.

There’s a lot going on in this build. Understandably, a bright red sticker reading ‘Do Not Touch’ was placed in front of it. As you can see from the image below, there’s a graphics card mounted in the Palicos’ sword. The power supply is hidden at the rear of the build, with cables coming through the foot and into the build higher up (around where the GPU is placed). It’s not visible in our photo, but the PC does in fact operate, and the fans were spinning away.

This is almost certainly a one-off piece of artwork, so don’t expect to see it hitting stores anytime soon. Even if it did, we can’t imagine how much one would set you back. Regardless, this is just one of the examples of why Computex is a lot of fun. It’s not all just product announcements that were leaked or speculated months in advance, there are some real surprises at the event.
