Xbox Game Pass gets its first batch of new games for September 2026, all available on PC and console
Table of Contents
Xbox Game Pass users get a fresh selection of games every month, and subscribers can play these titles at no additional cost as part of their membership. Microsoft normally splits these additions into two different waves, giving players new games at different points throughout the month. And now that September has started, the company has announced the first batch of titles heading to the service.
New games coming to Xbox Game Pass
According to the official announcement, a total of six games are being added to Xbox Game Pass during the first wave of September. The lineup includes RuneScape: DragonWilds, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and several other titles. What’s interesting is that one of the games included in this month’s lineup is already available through Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. However, Microsoft is now expanding its availability to the Premium plan.
That said, here’s a complete list of games coming to Xbox Game Pass in September 2026, along with their platforms and release dates.
