Get your hands on one of Intel's 11th gen CPUs
Last Updated on
To try and match both power and price of AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series, Intel is to launch their whole new generation of CPUs – the 11th iteration. This range brings with it improved capabilities and performance than that of the 10th generation of processors to hopefully make Intel at the forefront of gamer’s minds when building their PC.
Intel has unfortunately not been very forgiving with the information about the 11th gen CPUs as a whole but this article should provide you with as much information as possible at whatever current time we’re in.
Intel Core 11th generation processors aim to compete with the latest iteration of AMD’s Ryzen 5000 series in terms of base clocks, boost clocks, and overall raw power but do the specs reflect this? While we haven’t received the full specs of the Intel Core i5-11600K from Intel themselves, there’s been a bunch of speculation and leaks that we can go off.
The Intel Core i5-11600K is on the lower end in terms of cost so you’d expect performance to rival that of its AMD Ryzen counterpart – the Ryzen 5 5600X, with the i7-11700K and the i9-11900K also aiming to beat out their competition in their respective price ranges.
Here are all the Intel Core 11th Generation CPU specs we’ve managed to acquire:

AMD has pipped Intel to the post in terms of releasing their new 5000 series first but, will you be seeing Intel’s retaliation in the very near future? The answer is most certainly yes.
The release date attached to the Intel Core 11th Generation CPUs has been a little all over the place but what we do know is that the whole lineup is slowly being released to the public in March 2021.
Typically, Intel CPUs are pricier than AMD’s but with the Ryzen range appealing to more and more consumers, we could see a shift in Intel’s approach and lower the prices slightly to recuperate some of their lost custom.
Due to the incredibly high demand of CPUs at this current moment, the usual ‘retail’ price of them is a constant moving figure. But based on AMD’s offerings and past Intel launches, we expect these new processors to follow the same suit. The Intel Core i5-11600K will come in around $300, the Intel Core i7-11700K at $350, and the Intel Core i9-11900K at $500.
Below, we’ve listed all of the Intel Core 11th generation CPU product pages that we’ve managed to find whether that’s for the US, UK, Canada, and more so you can easily navigate to them and secure your next processor.
