The MSI Claw is coming sooner rather than later and we’re showing you the expected retailers and pre order information that you need to know. Chiefly, the fact that the Intel Arc-powered Windows 11 handheld is officially coming later this month. Depending on where you are in the world, this could mean a matter of days or weeks; keep reading to find out all you need to know as everything will be revealed.
MSI Claw key info
So, MSI is releasing a handheld, but what’s it got to offer? Well, the MSI Claw consists of a 7″ FHD screen with a 120 Hz refresh rate, with a form factor that’s not too dissimilar from other handheld PCs such as the ROG Ally. It’s flanked by curved ergonomic hand grips and a standard front-facing button layout that features MSI ‘Mystic Light’ RGB, as well as the advantageous Hall Effect Triggers and Joysticks.
However, the Claw’s most notable distinction is its internal hardware: as opposed to the AMD Z1 Extreme chipset used across most other popular handhelds, the MSI Claw uses a Meteor Lake Intel Ultra processor and Intel Arc integrated graphics. Like the ROG Ally and Legion Go, the Claw natively runs Windows 11, and runs its own custom UI overlay.

Where to buy the MSI Claw UK
Despite still not getting any word on the MSI Claw launching globally, the first Intel handheld is available to pre-order in the UK market now. It also looks like the device is getting a full UK launch on the March 20. Two out of three MSI Claw models are up on Curry’s UK website; the Core Ultra 5 with 512GB storage, and the Core Ultra 7 with 1TB storage – the Core Ultra 7 with 512GB storage doesn’t seem to have made an appearance yet.
