The PowerColor Reaper RX 9070 is an outstanding graphics card that can handle all the way up to 4K. This gives it insane value for money, and while it might be overshadowed by the RX 9070 XT, it is also a very efficient and high-value graphics card, undoubtedly one of the best graphics cards on the market. Its 16GB VRAM also makes it an attractive option for power users, as 4K video editing, 3D rendering, CAD, and other tasks benefit greatly from having more memory.

Right now, this GPU has an even better price-to-performance ratio, as with 15% shaved off its asking price, it will only cost you $595, which is simply amazing. A mid-range price tag for a card that can punch 4K is a steal, and it is also a triple-fan variant. So, we would highly recommend checking out this deal.

What we liked about this GPU

Capable of pushing 4K

You might be surprised to hear this, but a graphics card can run games at 4K, as it has been seen doing so in various reviews. This is without calling in FSR 4 for help, and the output might not hit 60 FPS each time, but even in the high 50s is pretty good. After that, you can turn on FSR 4 to push it to the next level, but in titles that aren’t very graphically demanding, you should be able to do it natively, such as in Doom Eternal, F1 24, Horizon: Forbidden West, and more.

Plenty of VRAM makes it suitable for creator workloads and more

One reason this GPU can handle 4K is its massive 16GB of VRAM, which can store 4K textures without running out of memory. Besides that, it is also beneficial for professional workloads such as 3D rendering, video editing, AI, and heavy multitasking. This is possible because the data chunks can be split, allowing more to be stored in GPU memory, so fewer resources are needed to fetch the next batch for processing. This speeds up access and load times, which in turn increases the processing speed and efficiency.
