ASUS ROG G700 gaming PC with 265KF and RTX 5060 is still on offer right now
Table of Contents
We came across the ASUS ROG G700, which is a brilliant gaming PC that offers plenty of value for money and punching power to boot. You’ll find the Core Ultra 7 265KF inside this prebuilt, meaning you’re secure when it comes to CPU-intensive workflows like heavy multitasking, video editing, simulations, and more. Graphics are handled by the RTX 5060 and will help streamline AI and creative processes but gaming at 1080p and 1440p is a piece of cake for it. Get your hands on it for only $1,899.
When we move to the memory and storage, we see that it boasts 32GB DDR5 RAM and a 2TB SSD, which are amazing additions to the system but the 240mm AIO CPU cooler will enable you to kick this PC into a higher gear. However, more value is added with the addition of the gaming mouse and keyboard as that will make setup very quick and easy, save you some cash, and is perfect for first-time buyers.
Why we liked the ASUS ROG G700
Core Ultra 7 265KF
The Core Ultra 7 265KF is pretty much the same processor as the Core Ultra 7 265K that we’ve reviewed with the difference being that the former doesn’t have integrated graphics. So, their performance will be similar and since we’ve put it through its paces, you can check out the real-world performance benchmarks for a better understanding. However, the summary in the meantime would be that it has excellent multi-core performance and handle CPU-intensive workflows very well but compared to the competition, its gaming output isn’t the best. That being said, it won’t hold the GPU back from performing its best and you’ll still be high framerates at 1080p and 1440p.

RTX 5060
RTX 5060 adds 8GB of GDDR7 VRAM to this gaming PC, giving it a much better foundation to handle GPU-intensive workflows. This includes 3D rendering, AI, photo editing, and more. While it isn’t the go-to budget option anymore as people prefer 12GB or 16GB, it can still get the job done, especially if your main focus primarily is gaming. It can push modern titles at 1080p and 1440p with a smile on its face and DLSS allows it to take it a bit beyond that as well. What this means is that you don’t really have to tone down the settings and can enjoy serene visuals with ray tracing without sacrificing the framerates.
Added peripherals
One of the main selling points of this gaming PC is that it comes with a gaming keyboard and mouse. This will enable you to get started with gaming and work right out the gate and save on cost. Grabbing these components individually would’ve cost more, especially if you want high-end offering but this will keep you going for a good time while you save up and replace them eventually. Even then, you’ll have a backup, which is pretty decent.
240mm AIO CPU cooler
The 265KF comes with an unlocked multiplier, meaning that with overclocking you can get even better performance from it, across the board. However, that also means that you need to cater to the heat being generated and this prebuilt takes care of the by mounting a 240mm AIO on top of the processor. This should allow you easily run the 265KF at faster clock speed without worrying about thermal throttling bringing down the performance.
