165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time with FreeSync Premium Pro
The 165Hz refresh rate means this monitor will make fast-paced games look much smoother by giving you far more frames per second, which will improve when tracking moving targets, whether you’re turning in fast-paced competitive shooting games or in fast driving action in racing games. Its 1ms response time will help the pixels change colors faster too, eliminating motion blur or ghosting while the action is moving quickly. AMD FreeSync Premium Pro gives even more smoothness by eliminating screen tearing or stuttering when there are dips in frame rate between the GPU and the monitor, assuming the GPU can support the game at high enough frame rates.
USB-C charging, Dynamic Action Sync, and Black Stabilizer
The monitor’s USB-C port brings up to 65W of Power Delivery, enabling you to connect a compatible laptop, transfer data, and charge it using a single cable. This can help minimize desktop clutter and make it easier to alternate between gaming and productivity tasks. For competitive gaming, Dynamic Action Sync lowers input lag so your actions register more quickly on screen, while Black Stabilizer improves visibility in dark scenes to help you spot opponents hiding in shadows. These features are mostly valuable in tactical shooters, where detecting an enemy or reacting slightly faster can be crucial.
