What we liked about the PowerColor Reaper RX 9070 XT
Punches above its weight class, thanks to RDNA 4
The RX 9070 XT has 16GB GDDR6 VRAM, which might seem outdated, but AMD went with the more energy-efficient option while squeezing out every bit of performance with the RDNA 4 architecture. This is the main driving force behind any RX 9070 XT and what enabled it to outperform the RTX 5070 and trade blows with the RTX 5070 Ti. What makes it even better is that you can always find it for much less than the latter, making it a very tempting offering.

FSR 4 allows for maxed-out gaming
FSR 4 is AMD’s response to DLSS 4, and it uses AI to upscale content, delivering higher FPS. This is particularly helpful when you’re playing games at 4K, and the hardware seems to have hit a roadblock. Software takes over the processing load and streamlines the processing, allowing for a comfortable gaming experience.
