This limited-time deal has knocked Hisense’s 43″ Class E6SR QLED TV to its lowest price on Amazon, and you can now grab it for just $227.97. This is a great price considering what you’re getting here, and at this size, it makes a lot of sense either as a cost-effective main screen for a smaller living space, or an excellent second screen for a bedroom, guest room, or office. Here’s a closer look at this TV’s key features and what they bring to the table.

Standout features of this Hisense 43″ QLED TV

QLED display

This TV is an LED TV with a Quantum Dot layer, which means you’re getting something bright with decent contrast and vibrant color. It’s more towards the entry-level when it comes to TVs, but it’s still excellent for everyday viewing, especially in well-lit environments.

Dolby Vision support

This is great to see with a more cost-effective TV like this, as it means it can accept dynamic HDR metadata and adjust its picture settings accordingly. It’s a good way of reducing the chances of some scenes looking blown out, although ultimately it’s down to the TV’s actual performance to make the most of it. Either way, it’s good to have at this price point.

AI upscaling

As with many TVs nowadays, this one can leverage AI to upscale lower-resolution content to look closer to 4K. Arguably this is more important on larger screens, but it’s still a very good feature to have if you’re watching content that’s either lower quality or not native 4K.

60Hz refresh rate

This is like the base-level refresh rates, and it allows you to hit 60fps at 4K. It’s not bad if you’re watching sports or playing games more casually on consoles like Nintendo Switch, PS4, and so on. And with ALLM and VRR, you should experience smoother and more responsive gaming in general, too.

Roku TV platform

Roku is a great way to go if you want something super user-friendly that’s easy to navigate and find new shows. It’s also compatible wth Alexa and Google Assistant, allowing you to search via voice, making everything even easier.

Is this deal right for you?

If you’re sticking to a firm budget and want something for everyday viewing and casual gaming that won’t break the bank, this is a solid option to go for. Personally, I think this is best used as a second screen for a smaller room, as it’s ideally sized and well-priced.

Things to consider

If you’re looking at this for a main screen, I’d potentially explore slightly more expensive mini-LED models, and maybe something with a higher refresh rate if you have a PS5 or plan on linking it with a gaming PC. Hisense and TCL have some great options that aren’t massively more expensive and are worth checking out. Take a look at some of our top deals below to see what else is currently on sale.
