Why we’d pick the Acer Predator X27U F5 gaming monitor
Stunningly speedy
There’s no ignoring this monitor’s 500Hz refresh rate. It’s a stunning number, supporting up to 500 frames per second at 1440p. That’s more than a match for all but the most powerful systems, so if you want a mix of speed and 2K detail for gaming (and plenty of the former), this could be the monitor for you.
Stunning OLED screen
Acer’s Predator X27U F5 is a 26.5-inch QD-OLED screen, making it ideal for gaming and high-quality viewing. It offers true 10-bit color, excellent contrast, 99% DCI-P3 color coverage, Delta E<2, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500. Essentially, it will be a big upgrade if you’re moving from a less capable IPS or VA panel.
